Biography
Tajdar Amrohi was an Indian film director, writer, and producer associated with Hindi cinema. A member of the renowned Amrohi film family, he worked on a number of Hindi films across different genres.
He is best known for his work on Umar Qaid, Ek Number Ka Chor, and Hum Sey Hai Jahaan. Throughout his career, Tajdar Amrohi contributed as a director, writer, and producer, carrying forward the filmmaking legacy associated with the Amrohi family.
Although his filmography was relatively limited, Tajdar Amrohi earned recognition for his work in Hindi cinema and for continuing the creative tradition established by his father, Kamal Amrohi, one of India's most celebrated directors and screenwriters.
