Santhosh Rai Pathaje
Biography
Santhosh Rai Pathaje is an Indian cinematographer, director of photography, and filmmaker who works primarily in Kannada cinema. He began his career as a cinematographer with the Kannada film Josh (2009) and subsequently worked on films such as Dev S/O Mudde Gowda (2012), Mandahasa (2013), Namasthe Madam (2014), Love U Alia (2015), Lakshmana (2016), John Jani Janardhan (2016), and Chowka (2017).
His other notable cinematography credits include Chamak (2017), Dalapathi (2018), Orange (2018), Bazaar (2019), Sakath (2021), Gaalipata 2 (2022), Trivikrama (2022), and Karataka Damanaka (2024). He also worked as a film director, helming 7 O'Clock (2006) and Savi Savi Nenapu (2007). He received the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Cinematography for Chamak (2017).
