Ramesh P. Pillai
Biography
Ramesh P. Pillai is an Indian film producer associated primarily with Malayalam and South Indian cinema. He is associated with Abhishek Films and has produced films across the Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu industries.
He is best known for producing Ram, the Mohanlal-starrer directed by Jeethu Joseph, and Level Cross (2024), the Malayalam psychological thriller directed by Arfaz Ayub. Ram is being produced by Ramesh P. Pillai and Sudhan S. Pillai under Abhishek Films.
For Level Cross, Ramesh P. Pillai served as producer, with Asif Ali, Amala Paul and Sharaf U Dheen in the lead roles. The film was released on 26 July 2024 and later received recognition at film festivals, including the Second Best Indian Film award at the 16th Bengaluru International Film Festival.
