Nazriya Nazim is a prominent Indian actress and producer, primarily known for her work in Malayalam and Tamil cinema. With her expressive eyes, natural charm, and versatile acting, she has carved a significant niche for herself in the South Indian film industry.

 

 

Early Life and Entry into Entertainment

Born on December 20, 1994, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Nazriya's family spent a period in Al Ain, UAE, before returning to Thiruvananthapuram. She began her career in the entertainment industry as a television anchor. In 2005, she hosted a quiz show on Kairali TV and later became a popular face on Asianet's reality show "Munch Star Singer Junior," showcasing her lively personality.

 

 

Her acting debut came as a child artist in the 2006 Malayalam film Palunku, where she played the daughter of Mammootty's character. She continued to appear in minor roles, including in films like Pramani (2010) and Oru Naal Varum (2010).

 

 

Breakthrough and Stardom

Nazriya's breakthrough as a lead actress came in 2013 with the Malayalam film Maad Dad. However, it was her subsequent roles that truly catapulted her to stardom. She continued to impress with her nuanced performances in films like Trance (2020), where she shared the screen with her husband.
