Biography
Mohan Kumar was an Indian film director, producer, screenwriter, and editor who worked primarily in Hindi cinema from the 1960s to the 1980s. He was known for directing commercially successful films that blended romance, family drama, action, and social themes. Because many of his films celebrated national pride and patriotism, he became popularly known as "Jubilee Kumar."
Mohan Kumar began his career as a film editor before moving into direction and production. He directed several successful films featuring leading stars such as Manoj Kumar, Rajesh Khanna, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Jeetendra, and Vinod Khanna.
