Biography
Farauq is an Indian filmmaker, screenwriter, and theatre practitioner whose journey spans engineering, stage, and screen. Transitioning from a technical background into the world of storytelling, he has made screenwriting his primary passion, while also exploring direction, theatre, and poetry.
Early Career and Theatre
Farauq began his creative journey in theatre, contributing as a writer and providing backstage support. His early experience in stage productions honed his understanding of narrative, performance, and audience engagement. He also served as an associate director for television and feature films, gaining practical exposure to the production process.
