Craig Mikel Wayans (born March 27, 1976) is an American writer, television producer, and actor. He is a member of the famous Wayans family, which has produced many well-known comedians, actors, and filmmakers in Hollywood.

 

 

Early Life

Craig Wayans was born in New York City to Diedre Wayans. Through his mother, he is the nephew of several prominent entertainers, including Keenen Ivory Wayans, Damon Wayans, Kim Wayans, Shawn Wayans, and Marlon Wayans.

He is also related to other performers in the family, including Damien Dante Wayans, Chaunté Wayans, and Damon Wayans Jr..

 

 

Career

Early Work

Craig Wayans began his career in the film industry as a production assistant on the film Major Payne, which starred his uncle Damon Wayans.

He later appeared in small acting roles in films such as:

Writing Career
