Brandon Perea is an American actor known for his work in film and television. He gained widespread recognition for portraying Angel Torres in Jordan Peele's science-fiction horror film Nope (2022), in which he appeared alongside Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer.

Brandon Perea was born on May 25, 1995, in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He developed an interest in acting at a young age and began building his career through television and film appearances.
Career
Perea began his professional acting career with television roles, appearing in series such as The OA (2016–2019). His performance as Alfonso "French" Sosa introduced him to a wider international audience and established him as a promising young actor.
He later appeared in American Insurrection (2021), a political action thriller, before landing one of his most prominent roles in Nope (2022). Directed by Jordan Peele, the film follows residents of a California ranch who encounter a mysterious and dangerous phenomenon in the sky.
