Archana Kavi
Biography
Archana Kavi is an Indian actress, television host, writer and director who works primarily in Malayalam cinema. Born on 4 January 1990 in New Delhi, she began her career in television before entering films.
She made her acting debut with Neelathaamara (2009), directed by Lal Jose and scripted by M. T. Vasudevan Nair. Her performance as Kunjimalu brought her early recognition. She later appeared in films such as Mummy & Me (2010), Best of Luck (2010), Salt N' Pepper (2011), Spanish Masala (2012), Aravaan (2012), Honey Bee (2013), Pattam Pole (2013) and Nadodimannan (2013).
Kavi has also worked in Tamil and Telugu cinema, while continuing her work as a television and digital-content host. Her later acting credits include Dooram (2016), Sukhamayirikkatte (2016) and Identity (2025), in which she played Dr. Devika Shankar.
Beyond acting, she has explored writing and directing. She wrote and directed the web series Pandaraparambil House @801 (2021) and has also been associated with digital projects such as Toofan Mail and MeenAviyal.
