Anup Singh
Biography
Anup Singh is a Mumbai-based cinematographer with over fifteen years of experience in the film industry. A graduate of the Film and Television Institute of India, he honed his skills under the mentorship of renowned cinematographer Abhik Mukhopadhyay, working on notable feature films such as Sardar Udham, Gulabo Sitabo, Badla, October, and Pink.
As an independent cinematographer, Singh's debut feature film was the Bengali film Manik Babu'er Megh (The Cloud and The Man), which won the Best Film (Asian Select NETPAC Award) at the Kolkata International Film Festival in 2022. His portfolio also includes the feature film '#Homecoming', the SonyLiv series Maharani (Seasons 1 and 2), and the feature-length documentary Ask The Sexpert.
