Born on October 14, 1992, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Anjali is the daughter of the late actor Dinesh Anand. She grew up in a family connected to the entertainment industry, which influenced her passion for acting. Anjali has two sisters, Neha and Jaya Anand .​

 

Career Beginnings

Anjali began her career in the entertainment industry with the web series Untag in 2017. However, she gained widespread recognition with her television debut in Dhhai Kilo Prem, where she portrayed Dipika Sharma, a plus-sized woman navigating societal expectations. Her performance was lauded for bringing depth and authenticity to the character.

 

Rise to Prominence

Following her debut, Anjali played the role of Loveleen Chaddha Singh Gill in the popular TV series Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala (2018–2020), further establishing her versatility as an actress.
